Do I need to complete Foundations before joining the Lab?

Not required, but strongly recommended. The Development Lab builds on the SBU framework — the discussions, case studies, and market observations will be significantly more valuable when you have the Foundations framework in place. Students who join before completing Foundations get less from every Lab session.

What does "daily interaction with Boyd" actually mean?

Boyd is present inside the Lab every day during the MLB season and regularly in the offseason. He posts market observations, responds to student questions, shares what he's seeing, and runs structured sessions. This is not a recorded video library. It is an active, ongoing environment.

Is this just a Discord server?
