Due to the immediate delivery of digital educational content and services, all purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for: Foundations, Development Roadmaps, Development Lab Memberships, Digital Curriculum, Educational Downloads, Assessments, Reports, or Digital Products.
Strategy Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Completed Strategy Sessions are non-refundable.
Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided.
SBU may reference or provide links to third-party services including sportsbooks, exchanges, software tools, analytics providers, affiliate partners, and educational resources. SBU is not responsible for third-party content, product performance, pricing changes, service interruptions, or policies of third parties. Users interact with third-party services at their own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Bet University, Boyd Davis, affiliates, contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for: gambling losses, lost profits, business losses, data loss, service interruptions, indirect damages, or consequential damages. Use of SBU services is at the user's own risk.
